Our onboarding process is designed for speed and efficiency. After registering and verifying your account, you can instantly access and begin using your Virtual Card. The Physical Card can be ordered and will be delivered according to standard shipping times. What currencies are supported by the Confidopay card?

Who is eligible to become an End User of the Services?

Payment Cards are only available for EEA residents. What is required to create an End User account (Tier 1)?

An End User account is created for eligible individuals who have completed the KYC. The primary requirements for account creation (Tier 1) are:
Proof of Identity (POI): A document valid for travel within the EEA (for EEA and Swiss citizens, a national identity card or passport; for citizens of other jurisdictions, a passport).

What are the additional requirements for third-country citizens residing in the EEA or Switzerland?

Third-country citizens residing in the EEA or Switzerland require a second Proof of Identity (POI2), which is a valid residence permit issued by an EEA Contracting State or Switzerland. In certain limited cases, we can accept an identity card issued by an EEA Contracting State as POI2. When is a Proof of Address (POA) required?

In some cases, we may require a Proof of Address (POA) document in Tier 1 to approve KYC. When does an End User move to Tier 2 verification?

An End User is required to provide Tier 2 documentation once the value of their inbound transactions reaches EUR 15,000 in Virtual Assets or EUR 25,000 overall. What documents are required for Tier 2 verification?

The Tier 2 requirements are:
Proof of Address (POA) document (if not provided in Tier 1): This must be either a utility bill (such as for electricity, gas, water, or landline) or an account statement (such as from a payment institution or a bank). Mobile bills are not accepted. The document must be in the End User’s name, match the provided address, and not be older than three (3) months.

What is the deadline for completing Tier 2 verification?

The End user has a 30-day period to complete their Tier 2 verification, during which full account functionalities remain accessible. What are the transaction limits for individual customers in Tier 1 and Tier 2?

The following transaction limits/thresholds apply:
Tier Inbound Transactions Outbound Transactions Tier 1 Virtual Asset pay-ins: less than €15,000 in total. All pay-ins: less than €25,000 in total. All outbound transactions¹: €10,000 per month. Card payments²: €10,000 per month / €10,000 per day. ATM withdrawals³: €3,000 per month / €350 per day. Tier 2 N/A (No specified limits). No limits for outbound transactions, except for: Card payments: €15,000 per month / €10,000 per day. ATM withdrawals: €3,000 per month / €350 per day. ¹Virtual Asset and fiat currency withdrawals, Virtual Asset transfers, and Card transactions are counted towards the overall outbound transaction limit.

We are currently unable to provide or make Services available to residents of a list of jurisdictions, which includes (but is not limited to): Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, China, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America. Access may be restricted in these countries, territories, regions, and jurisdictions. Are citizens of the Russian Federation eligible for the Services?
