Confidopay Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Confidopay.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern Your access to and use of the mobile

application Confidopay (“Application”), the registered head office of which is located at Mėsinių g. 5, Vilnius, Lithuania (“Company”, “The Company”, “We”, “Us”, and

Our”).

These general Terms stipulate the terms and conditions for Your Confidopay personal

financial account (Your individual account) and its associated financial services (Crypto

Wallets, Accounts, Cards, Exchanges, Transfers, Deposits, Withdrawals, Payments, etc.).

These Terms, in conjunction with the Fees, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms

and conditions, constitute a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between You, the account

holder, and Us.


I. Confidopay Wallet, Account, and Cards

The Application may be accessed via the Apple Store or Google Play marketplace.

Through the Application, You may access the following services (“The Services”):

  • Use of the Application.
  • Virtual Asset Services – provisioning a virtual asset wallet/account and providing virtual asset exchange and transfer services.
  • Virtual IBAN issuing – for fiat currency deposits and withdrawals.
  • Payment card-related services, including payment card issuing and transactions.

Your use of the Application and Services is subject to these Terms, which govern the entire business relationship between the customer and The Company in its capacity as the operator of the Visit Confidopay at https://Confidopay.com. website and the Confidopay Application.

The sole parties to these Terms and Conditions are the customer and The Company.

The Services are provided by Our third-party provider(s). Your use of the Services is additionally subject to the terms of Our third-party provider(s), which You must accept prior to using the Services.

Virtual Asset services are provided, and Virtual IBAN issuing and transacting is made available by Striga Technology AS (registry code: 16298772), address: Pärnu mnt 110, Tallinn, Estonia, in accordance with its terms and conditions.

Payment Card Services: The payment card is issued, and related payment services are provided by Wallester AS (registry code: 11812881), address F.R. Kreutzwaldi 4, 10120 Tallinn, Estonia, in accordance with its terms and conditions.

Product Imagery and Card Design – All images, illustrations, and digital renderings of the ConfidoPay card displayed on this Website are for illustrative purposes only. They are intended to visualize the service and may not represent the final design of the physical product.

The Company is the sole and exclusive responsible party for the operation and the contents of the Confidopay App.

Should You disagree with any part of the Terms, You are not permitted to access the Service.

This Agreement shall remain in force indefinitely, continuing until terminated by either party.

Account establishment requires provision of a European address, either permanent or temporary.

II. Account Creation

To utilize the Services, You are required to create an account within the Application. Your account must be linked to a valid email address, and You must establish a password for account login. Requirements of Our third-party service provider(s) apply for account creation and access to Services.

Your password security for accessing the Application is Your responsibility. Passwords are converted into secure representations utilizing hashing algorithms (User passwords are not stored in plain text). This ensures that original passwords are not directly accessible.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must promptly report any suspected unauthorized access. The following best practices are recommended:

  • Employing strong passwords and modifying them regularly.
  • Refraining from sharing account details.
  • Reporting suspicious activities immediately to Our support team.

III. Fees

Information on prices and costs is specified on the website:Explore ConfidoPay’s fee structure athttps://Confidopay.com/fees. The list of fees charged for the Services is available on Our website.

Fees not related to card services constitute Our service fees. These service fees are collected through Our third-party provider, Striga Technology AS. The Company guarantees that it will instruct Striga Technology AS to debit fees payable by You from Your account in accordance with applicable pricing.

Card-related fees are not Our service fees and are collected by Striga Technology AS under their respective Terms and Conditions.

IV. Data Processing

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Our Privacy Policy, available on Our website.

To the extent that data is processed upon the instructions of Striga Technology AS, We act as a data processor. However, upon processing any additional personal data or for additional purposes, We act as a data controller.

Provision of services under the Agreement necessitates the collection of information about You. By entering into the Agreement, You grant permission to gather and store Your personal information for the purpose of providing services. This does not affect any rights and obligations You or We have under data protection law. You may withdraw permission by closing Your account, which will terminate the Agreement. Upon such termination, use of Your information for service provision will cease, though retention for other legal reasons may be required.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET

Saturday – Sunday: Limited support available via email only.

Public Holidays: Responses may be delayed.

Efforts are made to address customer inquiries within the following timeframes:

General Inquiries: 24-48 business hours 

Technical Support: 48-72 business hours, depending on complexity

Billing & Payments: 3-5 business days for resolution

Complaints & Claims: Acknowledgment within 2 business days and resolution within 7-10 business days

Complaint Handling Procedure same

In the event of a complaint:

Submit Your Complaint: Email support@confidopay.com with details and supporting documents.

Acknowledgment: Receipt will be acknowledged within 2 business days.

Investigation: An investigation will be conducted, and updates will be provided.

Resolution: Resolution is aimed within 7-10 business days.

Escalation Process

If dissatisfied with the resolution, issues may be escalated to the Customer Experience Manager at support@confidopay.com.

Feedback and Improvement

Feedback is valued and may be shared at support@confidopay.com.

VI. Account Closure

We reserve the right to close Your account immediately under certain circumstances, including: suspected fraudulent or criminal behavior; failure to provide requested information; provision of incorrect information; serious or persistent breach of these Terms; use of the Application that is harmful to Our software, systems, or hardware; potential damage to Our reputation or goodwill; failure to repay debts owed; declaration of bankruptcy; or legal, regulatory, court order, or ombudsman instructions.

Account closure may also occur for other reasons.
Notice of Account Closure: The Company shall notify the User of account closure, either through the Application or via postal mail or e-mail, at least thirty (30) days prior to such action. Termination of the User’s account and agreement may concurrently terminate any other agreements held with or through the Company. Further information may be obtained through the Application or by contacting the Company directly.

VII. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property associated with the Company’s products, including but not limited to, content within the Application and on the website, as well as logos and card designs, shall remain the exclusive property of the Company and/or its licensors. The User is prohibited from utilizing this intellectual property as their own, except as necessary for the enjoyment of the Company’s products. Furthermore, the User is expressly forbidden from reverse-engineering any Company products, defined as the reproduction thereof subsequent to detailed examination of their construction or composition.

VIII. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accepting these terms and conditions, the User acknowledges and confirms the following: full comprehension and understanding of these Terms and Conditions; thorough review, understanding, and acceptance of the Company’s Privacy Policy; and the provision of accurate and current contact information, inclusive of a regularly monitored email address, during the onboarding procedure.
